Entrevista
I was shortlisted for the first round of interviews based on my resume and cover letter. We had a networking session on the previous evening. On the day of interviews, we dived into the case directly. There were two simple cases in industrial goods and computer hardware. Both were actual cases that the interviewers had worked on.

Drei Interviewrunden, je ein Interviewer: zwei englischsprachige Case Studies (Interviewer-geführt, strukturiert) sowie Personal Fit mit situativen Fragen ohne CV-Bezug - keine Angaben zu Praktika oder Uni gefragt. Stattdessen Reaktionsfragen à la „Wie würdest du in Situation XYZ reagieren?". Mit solider Vorbereitung nichts Unerwartetes. Alle Interviewer sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen — angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre throughout.
