The interview process:
- First round: Two 45 minute back to back interviews including a case and fit question. The focus of the interview is on the case. The result of the interview was communicated in one business day:
-Second round:
1. Written case interview 90 Min: You have 60 minute to go through written case interview and prepare 5-6 slides of presentation following by 30 minutes of presenting the slide and Q&A with an interviewer
2. Fit interview 40 Min: Conversation about your career, aspirations, background and opportunities at Bain with a partner or senior manager
3. Case interview 45 min: A usual case interview

Pergunta 1
The written case interview was probably the most difficult part due to the time crunch.
I applied online and got a online assessment after ~1 week. I completed the online test but I haven't heard back since then. The timeline is a bit uncertain to me.
First round case interviews. Got standard questions about profitability and market entry. IMO the most difficult part was reading complex charts and distilling the key insights with time pressure. There was little behavioral.
The interview was overall efficiently run and very professional. It had 2 stages; a case interview typical of management consuting interviews and a fit interview to assess cultural fit with the firm.
