Every part of the process was extraordinarily efficient and professional. Having submitted an application and being accepted for first round interview, there was a get-to know you drinks session, and the following day had first 2 interviews (case studies.) later that night I was called back and the next round of interviews were the following day. The final round of interviews happened the next day- 3 days, 6 interviews. On the evening of the third day I was offered a position.

Drei Interviewrunden, je ein Interviewer: zwei englischsprachige Case Studies (Interviewer-geführt, strukturiert) sowie Personal Fit mit situativen Fragen ohne CV-Bezug - keine Angaben zu Praktika oder Uni gefragt. Stattdessen Reaktionsfragen à la „Wie würdest du in Situation XYZ reagieren?". Mit solider Vorbereitung nichts Unerwartetes. Alle Interviewer sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen — angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre throughout.
