My first interview was a 1:1 with the head of the ADAPT department which was a very casual conversation where she explained the role and the company and I got to ask questions.
The second interview was a portfolio review where I presented 1-2 of my strongest pieces. Pretty straightforward.
Hint: they look for people who are more research focused
