The interview process was thorough and stretched across 3 months. I had 5 rounds of interviews with various team members, including the hiring manager and VP. The process included both behavioral and more focused conversations, with a strong emphasis on executive presence, stakeholder management, and influence. Did an online test then was invited for an interview at the office. The process was handled very professionally from start to end. The recruiter was very responsive and detailed.
