Initial Interview with a recruiter at B school, offer to fly to Charlotte and stay at the Ritz for the second round of interviews. Second round consisted of 3 Behavioral interviews, each about 30 minutes. Everyone at Bank of America involved with recruiting and hiring was very nice and welcoming to all the candidates. Nothing too aggressive and no gotcha questions.

I had one on campus interview which is of 30 min. As I told that I am good at C, C++ they asked me basic questions on C++, hr questions. This round is very easy to clear. After one week I was forwarded to next round of interview at New York. There I had three 1:1 interviews. Here they focused on oops concepts, data structures and projects on your resume. As I have done some finance courses they asked questions related to finance. In total it was very good experience and the interview was very easy. They are not looking for hard core coders but the one who know basics well. Prepare your resume well.
