I met with 3 directors (one person at a time) and the interview lasted about 2 hours. Most of the interview was spent discussing the role, and asking how my background would apply to the position. Pretty straight-forward interview with general behavioral questions. I didn't get the position as they decided to hire internally.

Company with its long historical tradition, also very innovation. All were very friendly and professional. Small competence tests during the interview were easy. Personal and professional qualifications matter for the job.
