Started with a 30 minute phone interview followed by a face to face interview at their Reading building. The phone interview largely focussed on my CV and why I wanted to work at Bayer in this role. The face to face interview took about an hour involving a 20 minute presentation called “About me and why I want to work for Bayer”. This interview also went further into my CV and there was about 20 minutes of competency questions
