It was a online interview duw to the pandemic. First round was presentation where I did a 10 min presentation. The interviwerer then asked pretty tough biographical and situational questions but he/she was pleasant and made me relaxed. Second round was a case interview which had a case based on Bayer itself. The third round was role play and one of the interviewer acted as a colleague and created a difficult situation based on meeting deadlines and I had to negotiate with him
