Applied online and got a WhatsApp message from HR less than a week after I applied asking if I had time to talk within the day. We agreed on a timing but HR called 15 mins earlier; I wasn’t available. I quickly wrapped up what I was doing and messaged HR 3 mins later, telling her I am now free. She then tells me she will call in 15 mins as she is now engaged in another call. I never got the call from her despite follow ups.

Submitted my resume through an online job board and got a call the next day with the sourcing recruiter. She thought I was a great fit for the role, indicated she'd pass my resume to the hiring manager. Two weeks go by without a word, so I followed up, she then indicated she would reach back out to the hiring manager to get his feedback, 3 weeks and counting... Radio Silence. I get the hint but it be more professional of them to provide an update.
