Absolutely enjoyable conversation. I was interviewed, individually, by my future boss and a colleague with considerable experience in the field. Total length of it was 30 minutes: no pressure on the candidate, lots of general questions to put me at ease. Of course, I was then asked to introduce myself, describe my academic background, and what expectations I had for the future. I absolutely recommend studying the company profile well because it will be appreciated.
