Applied online. Initial screening on phone by HR. Then an online interview was conducted with Line Manager, HRBP and 2 recruiters from 3rd party. Another interview with regional team, it was an online interview but was conducted in Bayer's office. Final interview was conducted by Regional Team lead and it was an online interview.
