The assessment centre initially consisted of meet the team and the other graduates that applied for the role. We then went off to present a presentation we had prepared for the assessment day to two assessors that currently work at Bayer. After this we had a tour of the offices and had lunch. Then we had a team exercise where we were each given an individual situation and had to come to a combined solution. Finally we had individual interviews where questions were structured around Bayer's LIFE values and how we had contributed to each individual one in the past.
