I went through an insane amount of work for this interview process. The initial recruiter phone screen was very nice and the recruiter was very friendly and sweet. Afterwards, the hiring manager took over managing all candidates. She put me through 4 rounds of interviews in the span of 1.5 weeks which is an insane amount. I nailed all the interviews and then they rejected me. They had no good reason. They said I interviewed extremely well, I am very knowledgeable etc. The irony is that this hiring manager said 20+ years ago in her career when she made a switch, someone took a chance on her and she was very grateful for that, yet she wouldn't take a chance on me. This is very hypocritical, and a waste of my time.
