Pretty standard practice. Initial phone screen to start. I went through 3 rounds of interviews but it is my experience the company typically goes through two rounds of in-person interviews when hiring externally.

Standard onslaught of questioning to get to know you as a candidate better. Character comes into question, as it should, due to the nature of working in an end-of-life setting on a daily basis.

Entrevista
Interviewing is an easy process, involves a phone call and a follow up in person interview with a Store Manager. After meeting with the manager, I had a phone call and accepted the position. Training included cleaning and learning about the equipment the company provides as well as shadow other technicians and learning the day to day.
