Entrevista
There were 4 steps:
- HR call
- technical interview (background and SQL questions)
- take-home case study
- final technical interview (questions about the task and A/B testing challenge)
I felt that there was no interest in getting to know me as a potential person who they are going to work with but only I was bombarded with technical questions for 1.5 hours in every technical skills interview.
At the end after the last and final technical interview (mid-May 2025) I haven't gotten any feedback (today is the 6.07.2025) ( I contacted both the HR and Head of Data to ask for feedback). This speaks for the company: if they don't care about you in the selection process, they will reserve the same treatment also when working for them.
