Entrevista
Initial screening interview followed by lab sessions taking more than 2 hours. Complexity of the interview does not match the salary and role itself. One would expect a principal role or higher salary for such time consuming interview. No situation or behaviour questions just labs.

Entrevista
There were 4 steps:
- HR call
- technical interview (background and SQL questions)
- take-home case study
- final technical interview (questions about the task and A/B testing challenge)
I felt that there was no interest in getting to know me as a potential person who they are going to work with but only I was bombarded with technical questions for 1.5 hours in every technical skills interview.
At the end after the last and final technical interview (mid-May 2025) I haven't gotten any feedback (today is the 6.07.2025) ( I contacted both the HR and Head of Data to ask for feedback). This speaks for the company: if they don't care about you in the selection process, they will reserve the same treatment also when working for them.

Entrevista
Spoke to their internal recruiter after they contacted me. After a positive discussion giving me the impression I was a shoe in candidate, I got ghosted. I wouldn't mind if they told me I wasn't the right fit or they weren't taking it further, but not communicating at all is terrible. Frankly I thought it was just rude and makes me not want to consider the company if that is how they conduct themselves
