The interview process was one of the longest I experienced, which speaks to the selectivity of the company. They are very deliberate in choosing candidates with mindsets and values that align with their people-centric culture. I think you need to genuinely be onboard with the mission of the company to get an offer.

Virtual onsite: Consisted of four separate interviews
1) Scenario-based exercise
2) Cross functional interview
3) Take home assignment review
4) Mindsets and values interview
Final Interview: Executive Interview
