Reflects poorly on talent acquisition's side. Wrong templates were sent to me, my name was mistaken, and in the end I received a standardized rejection letter stating that I was not selected because of the lengthy process of visa sponsorship - even though I said, and it is explicitly stated in my CV, that I am a EU citizen.
