Entrevista
I received a couple calls & emails from the Human Resource team before we were able to connect. I did appreciate their patience as I was searching for a new career while still working full time. After learning more about the company, I was looking forward to meeting with the company's executive to gain more insight on what type of events the company coordinates.
Ever interview I had with the company was very informative. I took away a lot from the hiring team and excited to say that I was selected for all three of the company's interviews.

The interview process was quick and friendly. Informative, but vague... the "events" are standing in stores selling stuff. They'll say it's part of training, but if you put in 30 minutes worth of research you'll see it's a sales scheme. Another concern I had was the multitude of comments on here, while the company claims it only has 11-50 employees, which either means there is a high turn over, or something isn't right.
When offered the position, I brought up my concerns to the interviewer, and she said it was a way to wade through all of the employees and to see who would work hard enough to move to the top. Then when I turned down the offer, she became very negative. I feel that was enough to represent the company culture.
I do hope BCM will listen to these concerns and create a wonderful work environment, that is transparent from the beginning. To all out there who are researching and or in the interviewing process, I wish you the best of luck.

What sets you apart from the competition/what makes you better than them?
Thank you for your feedback on our interview process, as we do take these into consideration! We've been open for over three years, but we do have less than 50 employees. There is absolutely sales involved, so there will be a turnover, but we do recruit and employ like an NFL team; looking for the sharpest, fastest, strongest players. We will definitely take your feedback to our hiring team and we wish you the best of luck!
