Initial communication was not good - the recruiter did all of it via email, and often did not follow up with scheduling conflicts when he asked me to pick a time to visit. I asked for a call, but he never followed up in mail. I was unsure when I was going to be scheduled. However once onsite the team who I interviewed with were polite and positive.
