Entrevista
I applied online and got the response almost immediately from the recruiter. In next 2 days I had a discussion with Hiring Manager and she was really nice and I had a great experience sharing my experience and what I am looking in the next role.
Next Round : Phone Screen for SQL. This round was 1 hour long and I was able to solve all the questions. Difficulty level would be medium leetcode. Interviewer was nice and we had discussion on how to approach the problem before writing the answer. I was invited for onsite loop in next 2 days
Onsite Loop (NDA signed): it consisted of 7 rounds which sounds like a lot but as the rounds kept going , my confidence level boosted and I had a great experience with one of the interviewer. from my experience Square focuses on Team Building , Cultural fit a lot. They love to understand how curious you are to fit in and adapt the new role.

Moderately difficulty interview. Interview panel was really good and friendly. Interview Questions were mostly on sql python Airflow and etl tools. Multiple rounds of interview including intro, technical, behavioural and HR.
