Entrevista
The interview process consisted of 4 different steps. First, there was a written activity that you are given 48 hours to complete to see if you can understand the position and for them to review your ability to communicate with their customers. Second, there is a video interview of five different questions that they give you 60 seconds to respond to each question. They give you two tries to complete each questions. The third portion was a 1-2 hour long Skype interview. Their main offices are based in San Francisco and the position was for St. Louis so at the time they were trying to start the in person interview via Skype (this will most likely change in the future). Lastly, there was an in person interview that took about 2 hours long where I spoke with four different people. During this interview I had to complete an assignment of review multiple accounts and determining if there was any fraudulent activity occurring based on general knowledge and from what I could see what was going on. About a week later I heard from them as they wanted to discuss offering me a position. It just so happened that I was offered another job with a different company so I ended up declining the offer. If I did not receive an offer from the different company I would have most likely accepted this position.

I applied back in October of 2015 I received an email asking to do a writing sample. Submitted writing sample and got another email request to do a virtual interview video interview. I was send email to invited to do a third interview at the office location. This is the second time interviewing with square since its been in St Louis Missouri. Its in a new location already which is showing its growth. I interviewed with 4 different people and I thought it went really well.
