Process was long and it took awhile to get started. I did not enjoy the fact how they had to fly me out in order to interview me. What if I was not qualified? I'd waste my time leaving my previous job.

It was a single in-person interview with a manager. He was very easy-going and didn't try to trip me up with difficult questions. We mostly talked about our experiences with solar and the industry in general. I asked a lot of questions about the company and how they do things and he answered them all for me.
