I had a phone interview which included a 20 question placement test. This was with the hiring manager. Once I bombed the test but still went in for an interview. It was a face to face interview with team lead and hiring manager and it went very well! Hired as a SA1.

The interview process is a seamless and enjoyable experience. HR is very nice, personable, and helpful throughout the process. You feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. First, they get to you, then they setup a phone screen to assess your technical knowledge- if you pass that- you move on to meeting with your operations manager for a final "face to face" interview.

The interview process was relatively easy and the people I met seemed very personable and professional. The company seems to have a positive culture. However, the pay was extremely low for this position. They came in lower than my current salary. This was frustrating as I felt that I had wasted my time going through the whole process over several weeks when I was upfront about my salary requirements from the beginning.
