SAR process - Situation, Actions, Results format that is behavioral style. The intent is where they have the ask the same questions to everyone who applies. This is like the government. They will ask you 4 to 5 questions after a general one up front where you describe your qualifications for the pertinent job.

Behavioral based questions, usually five. One is always a "tell me about yourself" question. The panel is busy writing notes and there isn't much eye contact. Nothing off script either.

This was for an Entry-Level role. STAR format, 5 questions. Was asked about experience and difficult / pressure situations. Besides 5 STAR q's, a couple of yes/no questions e.g. "have you ever used tool X?"

Tell us about a time when you solved a technical issue
A 5 questions virtual interview and then 3 psychometric games with Hire-Vue. The questions were quite difficult but there was about 1 minute to plan out your answer and practice. The games were pattern recognition and emotionally based. They outlined how to play each game before hand.
