STAR Process with personality based questions in which require answers containing what the issue was, actions taken, outcome. The process recently changed in which the interviewers could ask whatever they want prior to the STAR type questions.

The interview was a board style with three interviewers asking questions. The questions typically were typically focused on experiences. I mostly had to give life examples or situations that answered their questions.
