The entire process was very quick, I definitely found out why they called it accelerated. I got a phone call on a Saturday to schedule an interview for the upcoming Tuesday, and I received the offer that Wednesday. The interview itself was structured, and prompted from a standardized sheet of questions. I was directed to provide background, content, and outcome for every situation I was asked about. Basically, they asked me to share a time when I did x, y, or z, and I was to pull from my resume to answer the question. There were three interviewers, and they took turns asking questions.
