I was hired through a mass hiring event. You wait in line, get assigned an interviewer that will place you for the actual interview. They schedule you, you go to a cubicle and get interviewed by 2 people. It was a very short interview 15-30 minutes, very organized but not personable.

They asked around ten questions in total: two focused on my past work experience, while the other eight were about different situations and the specific hand tools I could use.
