Tell me about a time you had to communicate with someone. Caught me off guard because I communicate at almost every moment with people and deciding which experience to share was difficult.

One initial interview with HR, online and one small panel in person interview. The interviews were one week apart and basic situational questions. The process was efficient and I received my offer two days after my interview person interview.

Entirely telephone and virtual -- NEVER with eventual manager. MY BAD!!!! As it turned out, the job was MUCH more of an expediter position than anything about PM. There was never any disclosure that the experience of the "manager" was in car sales -- no real PM experience himself. I should have insisted on talking with some of the people actually in this job role.
