Phone interview was tricky.. It was a panel phone interview. 3 people on one side and me on the other.. They didn't ask me any resume questions.. They gave me a case to solve. The in-person interview was also a group/panel setup. People were very friendly and professional. They asked scripted questions. And each person took a lot of notes of my answers. I felt good about the answers I gave, but for some reasons I didn't get the offer..

Standard questions. STAR format of situation, task, action, result. Providing examples and how you contributed to the situations identification, the tasks taken to solve the problem, the actions you took, and the final outcome and resolution of the situation.
