Entrevista
I enjoyed the process, in order to be successful it is imperative to use the STAR Method to do well. The recruiters were nice and welcoming! Because I was only applying to be an intern my process was a little less rigorous, and at the end of it they wanted to know which site I would like to go and I stated Arlinton VA site because it is the headquarters and a great place to live!

quick, easy, and to the point. The interviewer panel was professional and kind. They asked thoughtful questions. I enjoyed going through this process. They did not try to trick you.
Asked about project experience and operations of rocketry team. How you worked through error, how you could prevent issues from arising at testing. Moved to theory on structures and propulsion
The interview process was quite easy which had only one round . They majorly asked me about my project and java fundamentals .It matters how you answer exactly to the point and with confidence .
