The interview process went smoothly. HR personnel were very friendly and communicated thoroughly as to what to expect. Managers were subtle but ask straight forward questions. All questions were STAR format based.

Process seemed rushed with little care from the interviewer. Started the interview by saying he was going to talk to over 100 people for one role. Didn't feel like he was thoroughly listening.

First round was with a recruiter who hyped me up. Next round was a technical interview panel via online meeting. final interview was difficult, and they kept pushing on points I was shaky on.

Get the interview through referral, then get a call to schedule for a zoom interview, it's pretty standard for Boeing, a mixture of behavior questions and technical questions in the panel format.
