Formal panel interview that consisted of 4 interviewers. Question related to previous experience and education level. An example question was regarding my experience at other defense contractors and the familiarity with business systems there.

I was contracted by a recruiter first, then interviewed by a panel with 3 individuals who took turns asking prepared questions. There sas no deviation from their set questions, no conversation - it was very stilted and unnatural. Highly robotic.
