I was contacted by the recruiter two weeks after my submitting my application, had a 30 minutes interview over Skype with the recruiter, followed by a technical interview one week later. Within a few days, I was invited to an interview at the head office in Amsterdam scheduled after two months. Upon arriving there, and surprisingly, I was told that job description for the position was changed a little bit! I had two rounds of technical interviews, where the second one was more focused on business side of the position. I was told that there will be a third round after lunch break with a senior manager, however, the recruiter informed me after waiting for 30 minutes that this round was cancelled based on feedback from previous rounds. The feedback was simply that I don't posses one of the required skills, something which could be just communicated earlier before I fly to Amsterdam.
