      I applied through the website, made the first online assessment for the position c.s executive Arabic,in Barcelona, within 1 month i received an email from hr informing me of a phone interview, attached in this mail a small schudle have some dates in the same week to choose a date suits me between them. The phone interview(with english) was very friendly, just asked me some common CS questions, by the end of the call(30 mins) the interviewer told me that i am , then sent me an email informing me that i am nominated to the next step which is an assessment process in the assessment center in Barcelona after an week almost. In the email confirmed that the assessment day consisting of:Written language test in English and the language you applied for Verbal language test in the applied language Company presentation - Group activity-Role play-Individual Interview. But actually the day didn't go with these steps.. First we meet the main assessor Magdalena.. Who is a SUPER friendly.. She recieved the group(were about 15 or 20 from various nationalies ),she nicly offered us coffee, then we went to the confrence room, every one introduced himself(just the name, nationality),then Magdalena made the company presentation,and told us some details about the offer. The next step was the languages tests, she took us for an area of computers in the floor, reserved espcially for us, everyone took his place in one of the computeres, started a very easy english test.. Didn't differ much of the one of the online aplication which made in the first, then a similar test with your own language, then you recieve a call in the phone in the same disk, someone will talk with you very friendly for 5 minutes maximum, with your own language.. Just like chat, this step very very easy. Then i made the individual interview.. With Magdalena and another person from the quality department.. Who made a small role play with me.. She act like a customer and i should handle her.. All by english... But i think that it was very easy, if you prepared. Then the interview went very normal, with the commom question of customer service, and about the experience.. About your cv. Then they told me that they gonna contact me by the result within days. The assessment day was very organized, very friendly.. For me i didn't find a group activity, but i don't know exactly what happened with the others.. But for me ,all the day was very great, they trying to help you, trying to make you relaxed, especially in the individual interview . The next week i recieved a very nice call from Magdlena herself, she told me that i am accepted, and now i am processing with her in the contract proces, i shall start the next 20/2/2017.

      Disrespectful interview process. After passing the language test online, I was invited to an interview. When the time for the interview came, the first thing that the recruiter told me was that the position had already been filled and they wouldn't be conducting an interview, but they would take my details down for future opportunities. I had spent a great deal of time preparing for the interview and it wouldn't have been difficult for them to send an email or voicemail to let me know in advance that the position had already been filled. I found it extremely disrespectful. There is no need to be so blasé about how you treat people. I don't think they stopped for one minute to think about the time investment I had made for that interview. If that is how they treat interviewees then I would be very wary of how they treat their employees.

      the interview process starts with a phone interview that lasts about 30 mins, informal to get to know you but make sure to make an impression, do your research on the company. then an in person panel interview + tour of the facility. they will also give you an assignment which you have to pass, and depending on what language you speak, an assignment to make sure you're fluent as well. whole process took a pretty long time, about a month.

      The interview process started with a short phone call about 30 min in order to get to know about my interest in the position and I got an invitation for the onsite interview. The onsite interview consisted in an English assessment and an individual interview with a Manager and/or Team leader.
