Entrevista
After a telephone interview I had to apply on the website. there are OK questions, If I don't totally agree any shift model, I'm out - unlike the job description tells about other shift requirements. The recruiter reset the site. Personality andanguage test was part of the application. Immediately got the invitation to a group assessment, which consisted of (1) personal introduction in 5 words, (2) language test, (3) being called by an agent for a native language interview. Had to wait very long on this as noone was available, so I was still talking while everyone else stared at me reproachfully. (4) Short company presentation, where I wondered why if you work 10hr shifts you will get 20% less vacation than with the 8hr shifts. You take you vacation daywise, not hourwise, do you? (4) A group exercise - the same as three years ago, really interested looks different. (5) Roleplay - call by a Customer on the floor. (6) Personal face-to-face interview. No feedback on any of the previous tasks. No questions about why booking, why they shuold take me, describe a personal strength and the like. No feedback until after anounced 1st workingday, then a mail from no-reply also lying about an attempt to call me.

Disrespectful interview process. After passing the language test online, I was invited to an interview. When the time for the interview came, the first thing that the recruiter told me was that the position had already been filled and they wouldn't be conducting an interview, but they would take my details down for future opportunities. I had spent a great deal of time preparing for the interview and it wouldn't have been difficult for them to send an email or voicemail to let me know in advance that the position had already been filled. I found it extremely disrespectful. There is no need to be so blasé about how you treat people. I don't think they stopped for one minute to think about the time investment I had made for that interview. If that is how they treat interviewees then I would be very wary of how they treat their employees.

What experience I have, where I live etc - they told me it wasn't a real interview since they had already hired who they wanted.
the interview process starts with a phone interview that lasts about 30 mins, informal to get to know you but make sure to make an impression, do your research on the company. then an in person panel interview + tour of the facility. they will also give you an assignment which you have to pass, and depending on what language you speak, an assignment to make sure you're fluent as well. whole process took a pretty long time, about a month.

The interview process started with a short phone call about 30 min in order to get to know about my interest in the position and I got an invitation for the onsite interview.
The onsite interview consisted in an English assessment and an individual interview with a Manager and/or Team leader.
