Entrevista
The initial screening interview with the recruiter was general about CV experience but I the recruiter first did not call at the specified time without an excuse and I had to chase her down. The second time I had to chase her down againa after 20 minutes of waiting for the call. For the technical phone interview - first time again noone called. Second time it was ok and the interview was pleasant both researchers were nice and askedrelevant question. No difficult questions but it was a bit difficult as it is only phone no video call interview

Entrevista
The recruiter interview was very fast. She was direct, to the point, and did not smile once during the interview. The second interview with the hiring manager and role director was in depth and asked mostly behavioral questions relating to my previous experince.

Tell me a project where your research had direct impact on the outcomes for the stakeholders. They asked this twice, so prepare two stories.
The usual process, calls with hiring manager, task, team leads, and team fit. Most of it handled via email, all process remote, smooth although not the fastest one. Overall, all good.

Entrevista
The hiring process cosisted of 5 interviews including a round with a case stuty and presentation of own project (3rd round - 2 hours). The initial communication with the recruiter was very good. The experience with the pa el was the worst I ever had. The two male managers in the panel had a very negative approach. I was really surprised. Afterwards, I found out that a colleague of mine had the same experience with the same guys 2 years before. It is really unacceptable considering the time that we are requested to invest. In the end, I didn t even receive feedback and I had to email the recruiter and the hiring manager 4 times to receive a generic rejection email.
