There were 4 rounds in total. It started with a skill assessment comprising 3 tasks followed by an interview with the recruitment team. There were 2 more rounds of interviews - one with senior members of the core team, another with members of senior management.
Each round was structured and detailed, aimed at assessing skill, cultural fit, work ethics and personality traits. The interviewers were friendly and professional. Each round was quite intense, lasting for about an hour.
They provided feedback after each round, which served as a fantastic learning experience.
