Had initial phone screen with technical recruiter that went well enough to merit technical phone screen. The technical phone screen was conducted by two members of the team in Amsterdam. Obviously, English was a second language for both interviewers, but the real problem was that one stuttered. Not bad, mind you, but enough so that it was distracting and gave me a headache trying to listen hard enough to make sure I understood the questions.
