Candidatei-me online. O processo levou mais de 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela Booking.com (Berlim) em abr. de 2015
Entrevista
I applied online. Got a call from the company after a few days. They asked me some preliminary questions in regards to my background and concerning the job i applied to.
After that i got invited to their offices in Berlin where, along with approximately 20 more candidates, took an English test ( grammar, vocabulary and reading comprehension followed by a similar test but for our native language. Both tests felt easy.
We took a 10 minute break then went to a conference room where the interviewers grouped us into two teams and gave each team a different task: "What can you tell us about the company" and the other group something about the client service process. The interviewers then had a short ( not boring don't worry ) presentation about the company, the shifts, and the pay+benefits.
And in the end we had one on one interviews. This is a two part process, you first talk to an interviewer about your work experience and your skills. The second part is a role playing a conversation with a client which has a problem you need to solve. You have to think of what you can do for that client, and after the role playing part is over you have to say what you could of done better.
The whole thing took a few hours mostly because of the last step where you have to wait your turn for the one on one interviews.
The interviewers were really nice, made me feel comfortable, answered all the questions in detail with patience and all in all it was a very nice experience.

Disrespectful interview process. After passing the language test online, I was invited to an interview. When the time for the interview came, the first thing that the recruiter told me was that the position had already been filled and they wouldn't be conducting an interview, but they would take my details down for future opportunities. I had spent a great deal of time preparing for the interview and it wouldn't have been difficult for them to send an email or voicemail to let me know in advance that the position had already been filled. I found it extremely disrespectful. There is no need to be so blasé about how you treat people. I don't think they stopped for one minute to think about the time investment I had made for that interview. If that is how they treat interviewees then I would be very wary of how they treat their employees.

What experience I have, where I live etc - they told me it wasn't a real interview since they had already hired who they wanted.
the interview process starts with a phone interview that lasts about 30 mins, informal to get to know you but make sure to make an impression, do your research on the company. then an in person panel interview + tour of the facility. they will also give you an assignment which you have to pass, and depending on what language you speak, an assignment to make sure you're fluent as well. whole process took a pretty long time, about a month.

The interview process started with a short phone call about 30 min in order to get to know about my interest in the position and I got an invitation for the onsite interview.
The onsite interview consisted in an English assessment and an individual interview with a Manager and/or Team leader.
