Smooth interview process, however quite extensive. There was also an excel test based on scenario: forecast P&L for the next year and explain your logic. You are given one hour only for this, but if you have some experience with that , time should be enough. Then there were at least 3 rounds of interview

Entrevista
Firstly, I had a standard phone interview with recruiter.
Secondly, I was interviewed by 2 managers via Skype.
Hiring managers were focused on 'negatives' of my experience/skills, looking for issues instead of seeing value I could add to the team/company. I had a feeling that they don't want to hire me and are looking for reasons not to. They were looking down on me. Very negative experience and I would strongly not recommend going through the process.

Entrevista
I applied on booking.com recruitment Website.
After some time got contacted by e-mail and proposed a telephone interview with a recruiter in a week. At the end of the telephone interview I was told that they would like me to have a video interview with the department manager to whom the new employee should report to. The video interview was proposed for less than a week. Unfortunately I got rejected after the video interview but still got very pleasant feedback from the recruiter by a phonecall and in a whole it was a very smooth and fun recruitment process.
