Entrevista
3 rounds with 2 case interviews per each round. Each case is made by a different manager and it is related to real life client case. Moreover the manager asks you also information about your resume, your past experiences and your future ambitions.
There is also an interview with the Recruitment director, based on your cv.
Other step is the online test (PC based)
