it was difficult to assess the type of behavior you should have. As soon as the interview with the consultants started, I tried to adapt to their friendly and informal posture; At the end one of the reasons why i wasn't selected was due to my "friendly" posture that might be seen as non-professional behavior;

L'interview m'a parue peu professionnelle, alors que je m'attendais à quelque chose de très carré. L'interviewer était complètement à côté de ses pompes, il s'est même perdu dans le case qu'il me proposait. C'était vraiment étonnant, je me suis même demandé si c'était une stratégie pour me tester.
