Applied online, got a call two weeks later with an invite for first round of interviews. Had to wait four weeks for this first round, which consisted of 1 test and 2 case interviews. Received (positive) feedback the same evening, with an invite for a secound round two weeks later. Second round was two case interviews and a written/presentation case. I experienced the people at BCG as open, diverse and interested, and somewhat "calm" or reserved.

L'interview m'a parue peu professionnelle, alors que je m'attendais à quelque chose de très carré. L'interviewer était complètement à côté de ses pompes, il s'est même perdu dans le case qu'il me proposait. C'était vraiment étonnant, je me suis même demandé si c'était une stratégie pour me tester.
