The recruitment process in Perth was very smoothly run. BCG provided a buddy to all interviewees for any questions and the interviewers contacted the interviewees the day before to provide some details about themselves. There are two rounds in the process and the first round involved two back-to-back case study interviews. My advice to all applications is to prepare, prepare, prepare. I am not from a business background at uni and only stumbled upon management consulting recently. Unfortunately that meant that I only started preparing once I got the interview and it just wasn't enough time to master the structure of business case studies and sharpen my maths.
