The first 2 interviews with HR and the VP went great. We vibed well, they asked great questions and had thoughtful answers for my questions. The 3rd interviewer I will admit didn't go as smoothly. Nice person, they were a new hire, and I'm just not sure they've interviewed people much before. It felt awkward, and they didn't seem to understand my experience that was outside of the industry (that I was able to tie in WITH the relevant experience I have) and paroted a lot of the same questions the VP did. I unfortunately did not get the job, though after the first 2 interviews I felt confident I would. Seems like a good company, so I would recommend.
