The first 2 interviews with HR and the VP went great. We vibed well, they asked great questions and had thoughtful answers for my questions. The 3rd interviewer I will admit didn't go as smoothly. Nice person, they were a new hire, and I'm just not sure they've interviewed people much before. It felt awkward, and they didn't seem to understand my experience that was outside of the industry (that I was able to tie in WITH the relevant experience I have) and paroted a lot of the same questions the VP did. I unfortunately did not get the job, though after the first 2 interviews I felt confident I would. Seems like a good company, so I would recommend.

The interview process for me was really good and easy. The HR manager was very easy to get along with and definitely talkative enough to help me relax during the interview. Overall asked some really good questions, not quite the normal ones.
