The interview was very simple. I chose to get there at 4am because this would be the schedule for this position and it was my favorite schedule. I was interviewed for the supervisor. He asked why I was there at this time, because was suppose to be there around 8am and I said I was very interest in this position and also, around 8am I would have class. The supervisor liked my interest, asked if I had worked in that position before and I said only for myself but I was able to learn and follow the instructions.

The interview was short and to the point. The supervisor was very friendly and took a minute to get to know me better. She is very interpersonal and comes to understand a bit about those she interviews. The supervisor then looked over my resume and explained the requirements of the job, the mandatory hours, how vacations and finals are handled, etc. I was then asked if I agreed to those obligations and terms and when I confirmed I did I was hired that day. I was able to begin working within a couple days.
