The interview process was pretty decent. I was asked about my past work experience and basic question about the Swift language. I was then informed of tools they use and general project details, etc

Entrevista
I interviewed from out of state via phone twice. Paid quite a bit of money to fly there for an in-person interview, which took 6 hrs. Upon returning home I provided 3 professional manager references and those calls went very well. I have a great relationship with all three references and they kept me updated. I then negotiated salary, because there is no way a person can pay for living expenses with the measly $34K. I was then told that they want to hire me because I bring x,y and z to the table but refuse to extend an offer unless I commit to living within an 8 mile distance or 20 minute rush hour commute from the office in Burlington. This is NOT a company policy. There are a multitude of Recruiting agencies in the Boston area. Don't waste your time and/or money interviewing with this one.

Starting a new job or transitioning into a new role/career like contingency recruiting requires significant ramp up time with many challenges along the way. We are diligent in honestly communicating to all prospective hires the effort and commitment necessary for success. We offer a very competitive compensation plan including base salary (commensurate with experience) plus commissions. Regardless of a candidate’s background, the earnings potential is well into the six figure range.
Brine Group has declined to make offers in the past for various reasons. Establishing a close commuting range is just one of many factors necessary to ensure success. Many candidates, including current employees of Brine Group, have been asked to move closer and did so on their own to ensure their first year progressed favorably.
